What if I am already talking to a franchise brand?

This program is designed to work with those bringing existing brand relationships to the table or those looking to broaden/start their search with me.  I don't turn away clients who are motivated to achieve results. I don't know what I don't know - financing, keeping my job, staffing.  How DOES it work and what should I do before we start working together?

This is my all time favorite question.  It was me 10 years ago.  It is the overwhelming majority of my current and past clients.  We don't know what we don't know!  There must be some things I can figure out on Google or YouTube and do this on my own.  That's ok.  My program is plug and play.  It educates you on all these aspects and through our process you will have the tools, resources, and tasks accomplished to execute on every aspect of finding, vetting, buying, and opening your franchise.

How do I know this isn’t a scam...?

I appreciate this question. You should thoroughly vet the people you choose to work with... but ultimately this comes down to a couple things. First, does what I'm saying "make sense"? Can you see how it would work? That's the first step... if the education I've given you (for free) has made sense, then that's the first thing you want to consider. Second, have you had a conversation with me on your FREE Strategy Call? You can tell a LOT by getting on the phone with someone. Follow your gut. What if I am new and not sure if franchising is for me?

I get this question a lot and I used to try to discourage or encourage individuals along a certain path. But there's an old saying... "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime." I'd rather teach you to fish so that you're 100% in control of your destiny. That's why I've built a process built on Knowledge, Process, and Accountability. I help you conquer the unknowns of franchising so you can make your own decision with confidence.  

Do I need to figure out what franchise I want before reaching out?

Nope.  This is a common misconception.  I compare it to going to trade school or college.  Did you know exactly what you were going to do at the end of it when you enrolled?  Nope.  This process is meant to expose you to what is possible and help you form your opinions - through knowledge and process - in order to find your path and then execute on the steps to traverse it.  If you're here, there is an entrepreneur inside you.  You're probably pretty independent and wondering if you can just figure this all out on your own.  Don't.  Or better yet, ask yourself - why are you on this page and how has figuring it out on your own worked out so far?

Do you have a guarantee?

If you don't make a change or get the expertise needed to move forward, you'll probably continue to be stuck, frustrated, and succumb to a feeling of despair that you'll never do it. When I first got started, the VERY FIRST thing I did was find a coach and invest in him and me to get us moving. It worked, and within 6 months my life trajectory was completely changed and within 18 months friends were amazed at my changes. I see it time & time again — there are NO guarantees in life EXCEPT that if you keep doing what you've been doing, nothing will change, and you'll get no results. The cost of figuring all this out by yourself is astronomically higher than the "investment" required to work together.

Follow a structured, proven process 

Franchising is all about process.  That is what you are ultimately buying - a proven process.  My coaching program's process mimics the franchisor's process.  You need to learn about yourself first, opportunities second, and thirdly how to evaluate, negotiate and choose.  But once you've made your buying decision, you're not done as you have a host of items that must get done to get open and profitable.  Gaining knowledge from Step 1 and applying it to my proven process will also make you confident of tackling any and all challenges that come your way.  A knowledgeable, confident franchisee is an effective and profitable franchisee!

Establish a point of accountability.

None of us achieve in isolation.  Whether we went to trade school, or college, or went directly into work or started a business we all have benefited from systems and processes that provided accountability.  Rare is the person who can "figure it out" in a timely and responsible fashion.  Smart is the person who is willing to invest in advise, help, or a teammate to help them achieve their goals on a timeline.  Without accountability dreams stay ethereal and are never achieved.  Before we know it, we look up and a lifetime has passed ... often with regrets.  Accountability keeps us on course and shortcuts our path to success!

Scale Your Programs and Build Income and Freedom
